Mais que se passerait-il si ces espaces libres constituaient justement une opportunit\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:25px\">Les lieux inoccup\u00e9s pourraient-ils devenir des espaces d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;art, aux \u00e9changes et \u00e0 la vie communautaire ? Des lieux o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on ne se contente pas de consommer, mais o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on travaille, discute, fait de la musique et du th\u00e9\u00e2tre ensemble ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:25px\">Le d\u00e9bat s&rsquo;interroge sur le r\u00f4le que peuvent jouer l&rsquo;art et la culture pour faire des centres-villes des lieux \u00e0 nouveau conviviaux : ouverts, anim\u00e9s et accessibles au plus grand nombre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-5 wp-block-paragraph\">dans le cadre de<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:30px\"><strong>Art, culture et boissons fra\u00eeches :<br>discussions apr\u00e8s-travail sur la d\u00e9mocratie, la ville et la coh\u00e9sion sociale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:25px\">Que devient une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 lorsque les gens se c\u00f4toient de moins en moins souvent ? Lorsque les espaces publics disparaissent, que les d\u00e9bats s&rsquo;enveniment et que de plus en plus de personnes se replient sur leur propre r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ?<br>En ces temps-l\u00e0, l&rsquo;art et la culture ne sont pas un luxe. Ils cr\u00e9ent des lieux d&rsquo;\u00e9change, de confrontation et de partage d&rsquo;exp\u00e9riences. Elles permettent un changement de perspective, la confrontation d&rsquo;id\u00e9es divergentes et les \u00e9changes \u2013 et renforcent ainsi la vie d\u00e9mocratique en soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:25px\">Dans le prolongement du colloque \u00ab La culture, une infrastructure d\u00e9mocratique \u00bb, organis\u00e9 en mars 2026 dans le cadre d\u2019une collaboration entre Dock11 et le r\u00e9seau Freie Szene Saar, le FREISTIL_FESTIVAL poursuit cet \u00e9change et vous invite \u00e0 trois d\u00e9bats publics : sur la culture locale, l\u2019art dans l\u2019espace public et la question de savoir comment les acteurs et actrices culturels peuvent, ensemble, gagner en visibilit\u00e9 et renforcer leur capacit\u00e9 d\u2019action politique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:25px\">En collaboration avec des expert\u00b7e\u00b7s issus des milieux politiques, culturels et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, nous souhaitons d\u00e9battre, \u00e9changer et approfondir la r\u00e9flexion \u2013 de mani\u00e8re ouverte, critique et aussi proche que possible de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sur le terrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
